Make sure you do a test run. Have a friend help you - your friend will be the distraction, so you go into your house up stairs, then go into a room with a window. Pour some water out the window, have your friend make an x where the water landed. When that spot is dry, have someone else stand there and have your friend distract him or her, wait for the right moment... then pour the water out the window.... and... SPLASH! (Make sure the shocked person has a change of dry clothes with them).
